Onukwube the daughter of Zikora was a member of a group in the village called umuokike and her duty was to wash cloths for them whenever they went for a dancing competition or ceremony! Onukwube was so beautiful that Chidera envied her but her only problem was laziness! In school, she was so brilliant that she was made the class perfect but her brilliance was as a result of her selfishness and the effects of her father's words on her! She was so hated by her grandmother that you wouldn't know they came from the same family because Onukwube was also a gossip! One day, Onukwube discovered the sum of N100 in one of the pockets of the cloths she was washing and it was on a Sunday! So, she didn't return it because nobody was there. Unknown to her, it was a test from the group leader and she failed it! Nwakama Igilo was secretly planning to leave for the United States of America where she would stay with one of her uncles and achieve her dream of being a lawyer through a schola...

End of A Man.

Image
End of A Man is a book written to encourage people who are going through a lot! It contains topics that inspire, correct and uplift one. The truth is that seeing things from another angle takes another pair of eyes because what you think is pulling you down might not actually be as bad as it seems. You can actually learn from your mistakes. A lot of people parted ways with success simply because it was easier to quit! This book holds a lot in common with a companion in times of trouble. So, get it and enjoy it. Another way to see life is embedded in this book because experience is the best teacher only when there is no external source to learn from! Everybody's life is a book, you can learn from mine while you keep building yours. Life is a journey, you will need either a boost or a claim to keep going! Today, I give you a boost .

NZEAKOR DAVIS MOTIVATION

Image
In this life, if you only speak and listen to yourself, you will not have a different perspective! At times, gather people, tell them how you feel and let them decide how to respond! In a family when things are not going well, it is not good to keep quiet because silent is not Golden in a cup of hassles. Of a truth, you will need to speak more when you’re dealing with children and act more when you are dealing with adults but in all, you should learn to get a rest because there is no formular for solving all the problems in the world in just an instance. Solve the ones you can today and leave the rest for tomorrow or another time! Your boss might be hard on you, odds might be against you and time might not even be by your side but take note of one thing: there is no other destination beyond the grave except either hell or heaven! So, take your time to prepare for one. Progess requires two things, listen and act!

There was a clash.

Image
In the year 1985, Imiano was on a plane going to Johanesburg on a business trip and the plane clashed! His body was not found and nothing was heard of him. Birds of the air littered the place and the media carried different versions of the news! Later, Imiano appeared and people were shocked because he had missed his flight! Though, a lot of people survived, the pilot lost his life. That incident marked the beginning of sorrows for the Madukas because before that ill-fated journey, Imiano was having a serious court case with one Prof. Opera Maduka of Sheltight Company operating in Lagos! The beef was so intense that people thought they could both kill themselves if they ever meet. When the news broke out, people started suspecting Prof. Maduka! Even his speaking engagement in the UK was cancelled that week as he needed more time to sort himself out. When Imiano finally appeared, people believed it was a miracle because he had no parachute and imiano allowed them to believe whatever th...

Giving meaning to life.

Baby Priscillia lived in a faraway hilly settlement in the outskirts of Omue resort. It was not an easy task for her uncle who took care of her because the rain was fast approaching and he had not found the best material with which to roof their building! Even, the friend he paid to get the best roofing sheets for him traveled and never came back . So, he was thinking too much about the future. Imiano would sit down in front of his car every morning gazing into an empty space while Baby Priscillia would try to make him smile to no avail. As fate would have it, he had sold the engine of his car which he got as a gift from a friend he met on the internet! So, he had nothing to fall back to. One day, Baby Priscillia told him a story which she learnt from her school teacher but she added her own insights to it to make it palatable. In that story, the rabbit and a horse were in a race to win a basket of carrots! While on it, it started raining and the horse decided that it was time to help ...

The Shame of A Man. Elisa could feel the uneasiness in her father's voice! He had been lying few minutes ago on the phone while speaking to their landlord. Dickson had wondered why his father was still a tenant despite all the money he had or he told them that he had! Both of them were so ashamed of him but they never said it with their mouths even though it was written all over their faces. Dickson and Elisa went to a good school, ate the best meals and went to the choicest of places for sight seeing courtesy of their Mom - Engr Onyeobo who was the first female Engineer in their whole kindred! At the age of 16, Dickson did not know anyone from his own village because they never visited! He was not comfortable with the idea but he never wanted to be like his father in various aspects! The man was handsome but he had no money, he spoke too much and took too little action or none at all, he was always on the phone and told too many lies which his children never wanted to learn from...

There was a man called Otika in Enugu state in the Year 2002 when children went to school without fear of being kidnapped! He was the CEO of Otiks Electronics and Media located in a densely populated area in the state and he was a husband of one wife! One day, they wanted to make him a Deacon in the church in which he attends and they launched a probe into his life only to find out that he was not kind to his tenants! In fact, Otika lived a horrow life behind the scene and nobody was monitoring him! When the results of the probe were out, the committee decided to throw his name aside and nothing was done about it. For many years, Otika wondered why nobody was congratulating him from the church but no answer came to his mind! So, he decided to mind his businesses which included poultry farming, supplying electrical appliances and visiting his tenants. At a point, he decided not to be hard on them again but it was already too late because they had devised a means with which to deal with...

The Mystery of Wisdom.

Image
In the land of Olue, there lived a man called Manuel who had three wives and two kids, each kid resembled his and her mother and none resembled Manuel but he was not perturbed because he reasoned it was a thing of genetics! Instead of him to be bothered, he was going round Olue hosting people to drinks and was blasting their ears with grammars! It got to a point, the king had to suspend him from the village meeting because whenever he spoke, people took 30 minutes to laugh and try to guess the meaning of the words he used! One day, he called three of his wives and told them that he was traveling to a faraway country to seek greener pastures! According to him, the country needed no visa. His wives were confused but accepted what he said since he was an English Language Teacher and he should know better! The only thing he left with was a copy of the English Dictionary which his grandfather bought for him at the age of 17. Manuel actually wanted to be an Engineer but he got handicapped ...

The Month of Money.

In the far east of the Niger, there was a man who lost his son to kidnappers and promised that whosoever that could help him find his son would get a handsome reward! The man was rich. So, there was no doubt as to whether he could fulfill his promises. The problem was where to get willing souls. So, Ebuka went out of his way to make the search a success! He plucked oranges from his mother's compound and send them to all the chiefs in the village as gift and they accepted them with delight because those particular oranges had healing powers and were never known to disappoint. One of his requests was that they should allow their sons come out to assist in the search for Mazi Ude's eldest son who was known as Ifechukwu and they agreed but concluded that the search should only be done during the dry season as it was raining and they wouldn't want their sons to get hurt in the forests just because of a rich man's son! Ebuka waited for another 3 months and the youths came ou...

An Expensive Joke.

Bolaji could not believe his eyes! He had been waiting for a day when his father would call him on phone and tell him to come and take his own share of properties but it never happened! At a point, he got tired of selling okrika! So, he moved to Awka from Onitsha . In that same city, he met Adaolise and she introduced him to her boss who was a filling station owner and he made him his manager! Bolaji found something funny about the man - he had no child or relative studying in unizik but he always went there during the weekends. Of a truth, the man had no child at all and being a seasoned marketer, Bolaji knew how to mind his business which he did because his experience at the bridge head at Onitsha where he was hustling to make both ends meet had taught him to respect any man who could give him both job and shelter at the same time. One day, Bolaji received a phone call from his younger brother who was studying at Ademora Secondary School in Ibadan telling him to come back that someth...

The Missing Princess.

Image
In the ancient times, there was a village facing a big forest in the western part of Nigeria. That village had strong men, so many women and children who went to the farm together! One of their major occupations was farming, another one was fishing and they engaged in the production of charcoal. This made it possible for industry leaders to locate them despite the fact that they were almost in a thick bush! These industry leaders helped them to build some major roads, send their children to school and picked their youths up to learn work but their king was a stubborn man. As at that time, he had a daughter who was called Edomi and she was not interested in being called a princess because her father magnified that name above human lives.  King Adetun of Owondo land could not chase away the investors in his land because he knew the importance of letting the people mingle with people who have newer knowledge. One day, the princess went for a sight seeing in Aliwodo a neighbour...
